ECI has a significant sales, product and marketing operation in the Construction, Agri, Industrial and Compact sectors, and currently has the following opportunity for an energetic and dynamic professional:
WARRANTY MANAGER (Dublin):
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person in our Warranty Department.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of plant and machinery and be mechanically minded.
- Have a good knowledge of computer systems and be able to use Microsoft and Excel.
- Work closely with the JCB Warranty Department to ensure the claims are presented in a timely manner and with good job descriptions and service write ups.
- Work as part of the Service Team to ensure timely and detailed reports to assist making the claims.
- Liaise with the Service Manager to ensure claims are getting approved.
- Assist in annual warranty reviews and audits.
- Track and provide monthly reporting on all claims and queries.
- Ability to motivate service and admin colleagues.
