We are seeking an experienced Automation Tech Lead to join our growing team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will spearhead automation initiatives across various platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will be responsible for driving automation, CI/CD pipelines and more....
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implementation of automation solutions for our Saa S platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into product development and deployment workflows.
- Monitor and improve the performance of automation solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards for speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate testing status, coverage, and key findings to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Automation Frameworks: Strong experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages like Python, Java Script, or Java.
- CI/CD Tools: Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Circle CI or similar
- Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git, Git Hub/Git Lab, and agile methodologies.
- Saa S Environment: Understanding of Saa S architectures, product lifecycles, and deployment strategies.
- Kubernetes and Containerization: Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation of deployment pipelines for containerized applications.
- Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack for monitoring and maintaining automated systems.
- Security Automation: Knowledge of security testing and automation tools, integrating security into automated pipelines.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture: Working knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures, along with related automation strategies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
