Gett, the #1 B2B on-demand transportation provider globally is looking for an independent and
motivated Business Solutions Expert (Sales) to expand the B2B number of customers in Israel. You will be the focal point and partner at the first period of implementing Gett solution and driving the customer to reach the highest scope of rides with a smooth operation with Gett.
You will own the entire sales cycle from end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to building the pipeline, to pitching an outstanding proposal, to closing the deal. You should thrive when talking to potential clients, pitching our product, and closing deals, and feel comfortable building tailored data-driven proposals.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Build and execute Gett’s B2B solutions business and grow revenue.
- Own the entire sales funnel, from market research to lead generation to an opportunity to conversion
- Exceed monthly targets for rides and revenue
- Outreach to potential customers and pitch our product
- Develop a robust pipeline and monitor it using the Company’s CRM system.
- Demonstrate operational excellence to relentlessly and resourcefully meet objectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of extensive experience in B2B Sales in Israel – Mandatory
- Experience throughout the whole sales process from lead generation to “closed won” and ongoing account management
- High negotiating capabilities
- Ability to create outbound
- High analytical skills, can build complex tailored proposals for our clients
- Proven ability to create outstanding presentations and pitches
- Ability to gain trust and confidence with different customers
- Working independently based on company OKR’S
- Ability to adjust quickly to a changing environment
- Ability to plan, a clear focus on deliveries
- Strong oral and written communication skills both in Hebrew and high-level English
- Strong ”can do” approach
