Triple Ten is a leading online coding bootcamp that offers to learn coding and data analysis skills for tech industry jobs in less than a year in the US, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Israel.
As a Student Success & Community Manager for the Israel Market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our students excel throughout their learning journey and beyond. You will provide personalized support to students, helping them achieve their academic and career goals and building a strong community through online and offline events.

As a Student Success & Community Manager for the Israel Market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our students excel throughout their learning journey and beyond. You will provide personalized support to students, helping them achieve their academic and career goals and building a strong community through online and offline events.
Requirements:
- Working time: Sunday-Thursday from 10am to 7pm (Israeli time, GMT+2).
- Fluency in written and verbal English is essential, as all programs and communications are conducted in English. Knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage, and Russian is a plus.
- A genuine passion for helping and supporting people—our success managers are dedicated to guiding students, monitoring their motivation, and collecting valuable feedback.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and changes—a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with reports and data. Experience with tools like Excel is a plus, and the ability to quickly learn platforms like Notion, Miro etc is essential.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and event planning skills.
- Networking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
What you will do:
Student Success:
- Act as the main point of contact for students, providing continuous support to ensure their academic success and career preparedness.
- Track and analyze student progress, delivering timely interventions and resources to help them overcome challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost student retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with academic teams to ensure student support initiatives are aligned with course objectives and outcomes.
- Organize, lead, and host online and offline events in Tel Aviv, including meetups, workshops, and networking sessions, to strengthen the community and foster student engagement.
- Identify and recruit high-quality speakers, and develop event agendas that resonate with our students.
- Manage and grow community channels (Whats App, Telegram), fostering active participation and a sense of belonging.
- Plan and execute events, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
