We’re seeking a talented and highly analytical Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and decision-making by providing insightful analysis and financial modeling.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth Saa S tech company - a must
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, ERP) - a must
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) - a must; and Python - an advantage
- High-level understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, profitability, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executive management and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide financial support for business planning and development initiatives
- Automate financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
