Are you our next CRM Operations Specialist?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Operations Specialist to oversee and manage all CRM activities within our B2B customer environment. In this role, you’ll be a central point of contact across teams, ensuring successful campaign launches, quality control, and seamless coordination to drive effective CRM processes.
*** This is a temp position - maternity cover - 12 months contract ***

Your Role:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution, from initial requirements to full launch.
- Communicate daily with B2B clients, ensuring clear alignment on CRM initiatives.
- Oversee QA processes, performing thorough quality assurance checks on all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline campaign efforts across departments.
- Manage schedules, assign tasks, and define responsibilities for successful campaign delivery.
- Utilize multiple platforms to configure and maintain CRM-related marketing activities.
- Monitor and track the status of ongoing campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient progress.

- You hold a Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.Sc.) – mandatory.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in operations or customer relations – mandatory.
- You are highly proficient in English (American English is a plus).
- You have experience working in a global environment – an advantage.
- You bring matrix management experience – an advantage.
- You have a background in managing marketing campaigns – an advantage.
- You possess a strong understanding of technology and online marketing – an advantage.
- You are familiar with JIRA – an advantage.
- You have experience in CRM systems or tools relevant to B2B marketing.
- You are familiar with online campaign management within a global context.
