What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth operations, supporting strategic initiatives and making sure that our community of founders and partners enjoy an exceptional experience.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth operations, supporting strategic initiatives and making sure that our community of founders and partners enjoy an exceptional experience.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Program operations: Manage calendar schedules, track budgets, handle communications, oversee procurement, and perform other tasks that keep our program running smoothly.
- Meeting Guru: Summarize meetings with founders, track action items, and ensure follow-ups to keep everyone aligned.
- Marketing and Communications: Create newsletters, social media posts, and booklets that showcase our program and its impact and craft content to keep our founders informed, engaged, and excited about their journey with us.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Monday, Excel, Salesforce, and Power Point to develop efficient processes for managing program data. Report on key metrics to assess the program’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Event Logistics: Assist in planning and executing events that foster networking, learning, and community building.
Requirements
