This person will take part in designing, developing and maintaining scalable solutions for measuring our product. Facilitating conversion of real-time data into powerful insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive product development and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers to define, track, and optimize key product metrics and KPIs related to user behavior, adoption, and performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring of product performance and customer metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to assess the impact of new product features and user experience improvements.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders across the business, including executive leadership.
- Use SQL, Python, and other analytical tools to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets for in-depth analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and operations) to ensure data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and improve data quality by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, gaps, and inaccuracies in product data.
- Support forecasting and predictive modeling efforts with DS team to help anticipate user behavior, market trends, and product demand.
- Identify opportunities for automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting to streamline product analytics processes.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or product analytics, preferably in fintech or a related industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with strong skills in extracting, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets from multiple sources.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to create dashboards and reports for tracking product KPIs.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects within the same domain while ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in data analysis and product analytics.
