- Lead and manage the delivery of operations, ensuring timely and efficient project execution. • Continuously monitor project performance and drive necessary improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables. • Facilitate technical collaboration between companies, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Promote and maintain rigorous quality assurance and quality control processes throughout production and with sub-contractors. • Drive cost-reduction efforts and support scaling the company’s operations to mass production. • Native Hebrew speaker with fluency in English. • 10+ years of relevant experience in the defence and high-tech industries, with a solid understanding of industrial processes and engineering.
- Proven track record in operations management and project delivery within India. • Ability and willingness to travel extensively between Israel and India faor extended periods. • Openness to potential relocation to India in the future. • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant academic degree, such as an MBA or MSc, is a plus • Native Hebrew speaker with fluency in English. • 10+ years of relevant experience in the defence and high-tech industries, with a solid understanding of industrial processes and engineering. • Proven track record in operations management and project delivery within India. • Ability and willingness to travel extensively between Israel and India for extended periods.
