The opportunity
The Global R&D Labor economics lead is responsible for end-to-end FTE’s and Cost of labor economic analysis. The candidate will be instrumental in developing best practices in planning, reporting and KPI’s while collaborating with HR and R&D leaders to provide holistic view on trends and proactively drives business decision striving for efficiencies.
How you’ll spend your day
  • Lead Global R&D Labor Economics - COL and FTEs consolidation and analysis in all planning and reporting cycles
  • Implementation of best practices and KPI’s including automation of calculations and analysis
  • Catalyst in PLM/ resource management platform design, validation and implementation.
  • Lead alignment on SAC/IPF HR/COL module and analyse implications on R&D module
  • Work closely with GBS team support on FTE’s reporting and validation
  • Simplify FTE’s allocations process
  • BP to global R&D HR and finance.
  • Responsibility for all R&D \inter business unit activities – Simplify I/BU process, leading transition to actual reporting with GBS, communication to all commercial and TGO counterparts
Your experience and qualifications
  • Experience and background in labor economics (BU focus or global support - TR, etc)
  • Process management orientation and stakeholder management – must
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in FPA roles
  • BSc in Industrial Engineering or economics or business admin - must
  • MA in economics / MBA – advantage
  • IT orientation experience in Hyperion, SAP, SAC, BI - advantage
  • Microsoft Office tools and especially excel - must
  • Working in a global environment with many interfaces – Must
  • Working independently – Must
  • Ability to hold discussion and correspondence in English - Must
