We're seeking a passionate and experienced Partners Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The Partners Development Associate will be a key member of the Partnership Team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating various partnership projects and key integrations. You will work closely with internal teams (R&D, Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing) and external partners to ensure successful project execution, meeting project objectives, and achieving desired outcomes. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our strategic partnerships and alliances and drive new revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks, taking proactive measures to address them
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Partnership Coordination:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, fostering collaboration and trust
• Coordinate with partners to align project goals and deliverables, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Manage partner expectations and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Internal Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring their progress and providing guidance as needed

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular project status reports and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
• Analyze project data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience working as management consultant, associate or analyst, preferably in Partnerships or Pre-Sales development roles within the Saa S industry
• Demonstrated experience working with Saa S companies, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Experience with technology and technical projects, including software development, integrations, and cloud-based solutions
• Proven experience managing integrations between different systems or platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
