We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the development and growth of Verbit’s core AI technology solutions. This role will focus on driving the adoption of our Gen A & ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) technologies across diverse domains, including Media Broadcasting, Education, Legal, and Corporate sectors.
Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Drive end-to-end product management processes for Verbit’s technologies.
• Build compelling business cases for new products and features through in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct customer and market research to assess needs, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Become an expert in all aspects of Verbit’s products, including features, infrastructure, and market positioning.
• Analyze requirements from clients and internal stakeholders (operations, support, management, marketing, sales) to define necessary capabilities and features.
• Make strategic decisions on trade-offs regarding time, features, resources, and quality to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and data analysts to define, develop, and launch new capabilities, features, and products.

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in managerial roles, with the ability to lead and grow a team of talented individuals.
• 10+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of launching successful products and features in Saa S Product companies.
• Passionate about creating AI-driven products that solve real-world problems.
• Natural leader with experience driving collaboration across multiple disciplines (product, UX, R&D, data science, marketing, operations, CS, and sales).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and focus on critical components.
• Innovative thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
• Deep understanding of business KPIs and the ability to build strategies to achieve them.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus; MBA is a plus.
