We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Lead with B2C experience to drive our company's growth initiatives. In this role, you will lead our performance efforts, develop product-led growth strategies, manage a self-service funnel, and leverage your sales skills to expand our presence in the US market. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as driving revenue through direct and indirect sales channels. This role requires a unique blend of marketing, sales, and analytical skills to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Design and implement product-led growth strategies that enhance user experience, promote self-service conversions, and drive customer acquisition.
- Self-Service Funnel Management: Oversee and optimize the self-service funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey and maximizing conversion rates.
- Sales Enablement: Utilize sales skills to support the growth of the self-service funnel and lead direct sales efforts in the US market, including outreach, pitching, and closing deals.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline.
- US Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to grow our customer base in the US, leveraging your understanding of the market and English proficiency.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities for growth, and continuously run A/B tests to improve key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with product development and customer engagement strategies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage growth budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform growth tactics and uncover new opportunities.
- 6-8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product-led growth, and self-service funnel management.
- Strong sales skills with experience in direct sales, particularly in the US market, and the ability to sell effectively in English.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through performance marketing and product-led strategies.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In, programmatic advertising, SEO.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
