We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our employee experience team
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate company activities and events
- Assist in operation of platforms, projects and productions for the welfare and experience of employees in Israel
- HR Administrative tasks
- Facilitate employee engagement activities
- Operation of suppliers in the systems
- Support and implementation of "giving back" program
- Support and coordination OD activities
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations, communications, employee experience and implement changes as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role / Office management– minimum 2 years
- Positive attitude, with patience and a love for people and collaboration
- Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong planning capabilities and dynamic approach
- Proactive approach
- Team spirit
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, pro at multitasking
- Experience in managing budget and suppliers
- Proficiency in written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
