Engineering Team Leader
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Leading a scrum team comprised of engineers: backend, frontend, manual and Automated QA.
- Be a major contributor to our architecture, design, implementation and maintenance.
- Work closely with the Algorithms, Data and Support teams.
- Constantly maintain and strive to raise own/subordinates’ coding skills to allow.
- Constantly explore and dive into new technologies
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 6+ years of proven hands-on experience in OOP/OOD (at least 3 years in Python and\or Java)
- 3+ years in team leading positions
- Outstanding software engineering skills with passion for fast development of high-quality software
- Excellent people skills and a great team-player
- Proven mentoring skills
- Proficiency in git-scm (Source Control Management) - must
- Hands on experience with modern C++ (11 or later) - huge advantage
- Working knowledge with Networking, Linux, Relational/Non-Relational Databases – huge
- Experience in web technologies (e.g. Django, Flask, Spring, Java Script, Angular, RESTful etc.) -
- Experience developing/maintaining soft real-time multithreaded systems – advantage
- All candidates need to pass a security classification eligibility.
