Responsibilities:

Our vision is to foster a safer digital landscape for small and medium businesses across the globe. To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one Secure & Insure platform in early 2023, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide top-level support to both the CTO and CEO, ensuring business activities run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, skilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and delivering exceptional work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CTO and CEO calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and ensuring preparation for all engagements. Be mindful of priorities and ensure optimal use of the executives time and attention.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, taking notes, gathering action items and ensuring follow-up actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing calls, emails, instant messages and visitors. Maintain strong working relationships with contacts inside and outside of the company.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries covering flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
- Handle both personal and business matters with professionalism and discretion.
- This role is a 80-100% role.
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a high-tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite, Slack, Monday, etc.
- Native or fluent in both English and Hebrew.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A high degree of proactiveness, professionalism, and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and discretion.
- Flexible job scope (80%-100%) with a majority of in-office days per week.
