We are currently seeking a Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and take on a hands-on approach to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.

Sub Department:

We are currently seeking a Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and take on a hands-on approach to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process monthly payroll for approximately 400 employees in Israel
- Oversee payroll for a few dozen employees across international subsidiaries
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of approved timesheets
- Handle the tracking and execution of special payroll deductions
- Process paperwork for new hires and terminations
- Provide timely and confidential responses to employee payroll inquiries
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll preparation or support.
- Familiarity with foreign payroll processes is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor laws, taxes, and social security regulations.
- Experience with payroll systems like “HASHAVIM” or “HILAN.”
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the capacity to address issues independently and escalate when necessary.
- High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, dedicated, and responsible.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
