R&D Project Manager

What you will be doing:
What you have:
- Responsible for formulating the end to end project plan, in consultation with Program Manager ,R&D staff & other parties concerned on base of the requirements
- Maintaining and tracking plans and schedules according to project goals, gather resource requirements from the various functions and monitoring activities
- Responsible for tracking the overall status of the project
- Tracking risks and perform analysis to list out potential problems, the probability of such occurrences, the possible impact and possible response actions .
- Identify technical debate the holding off progress & facilitate effective discussions that leads to decisions.
- Establish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans. Implement effective communication/change management strategies as appropriate
- Gathers and integrates project performance and progress information. Reports on the progress of the program with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and budget to the site/company management .
- Passionately drive execution to meet content/time/cost goals while maintaining compliance with regulation & company quality system .
- Owner of the development stage gates.
- Manages internal and external stakeholders
- Management of project NRE& material budget. With full control & transparency.
What you have:
- Engineering degree . can be also be industry & management .
- At least 5 years of project management role or similar.
- Execution oriented ,results driven .
- Data-driven decision-making and the ability to move teams through complex situations
- Ability to work across multiple business domains and organizational entities to drive, support and realize business goals
- Stakeholder management skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
- Experience in Medical device industry
