We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team! In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Overwolf’s global hiring strategy. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across a variety of departments, ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain top talent from around the world. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end (E2E) recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technological recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully owning the entire recruitment process.
- Previous experience in conducting in-depth interviews.
- Experience in sourcing, with the ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for both local and global positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Proficiency in ancient ritualistic summoning circles.
- Hands-on experience with the applicant tracking system (ATS) Comeet.
- BA in a relevant field. Experience in being possessed by powerful beings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end (E2E) hiring processes across multiple roles and departments.
- Build strong relationships with managers and candidates in the UK, US and Israel.
- Plan, initiate, and execute recruitment workflows to streamline hiring.
- Source and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through creative and diverse channels.
- Maintain an active pool of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Summon powerful candidates using black magic and sacred runes.
