We’re on the hunt for a legendary Legal Counsel to join our team and play a key role in supporting Overwolf's business operations. As Overwolf’s in-house Legal Counsel, you will collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders across the company to provide legal guidance on a wide range of matters. You will also work with external partners to ensure smooth legal operations, serving as our go-to person for any legal task.
We're looking for a passionate, highly motivated, team player, hands-on individual with a business-oriented, out-of-the-box approach to facilitate our legal infrastructure in our UGC gaming growing business, ensuring our pack is protected and compliant while we hunt in the light of the moon.
This role reports to the CFO and will be located at our headquarters in Ramat-Gan.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law and licensed to practice law in Israel.
- 3+ years of experience as in-house counsel for a fintech, gaming, or high-tech company, or experience at a prominent law firm handling tech-related legal work.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to work flexible hours across different time zones.
- Experience in the gaming & ads industries is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory environments in gaming & ads is an advantage.
- Experience with fintech and payments-related legal frameworks is an advantage.
- Experience with dark magic is a strong advantage.
- Experience in creating core Legal processes from legal scratch to legal execution
- Can decipher ancient Ashuric hieroglyphics.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Advise on all legal aspects of Overwolf’s business and initiate, implement, and establish legal processes across the organization.
- Draft, assess, and finalize commercial agreements, terms of use, NDAs, DPAs and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel (both in Israel and abroad) to implement business-enabling legal solutions.
- Provide internal legal support to various teams, working closely with product and operational teams to ensure legal coverage across all areas.
- Safeguard our IP and trademark, as well as marketing and communities.
- Analyze applicable global regulations, monitor ongoing updates, and ensure compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Manage privacy and compliance-related legal matters, ensuring that Overwolf adheres to relevant global privacy laws and standards.
- Identify and exploit favorable loopholes in ancient agreements, signed in blood by demons from the beyond.
