We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Student position) to join our HR team at Theta Ray, where you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent to help drive our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Use social media networks (e.g. Linked In, Facebook) to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Review online resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process.
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Conducting phone interviews to filter candidates within schedule.
- Support strategic HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Second-year BSc in Human Resources Management / Psychology or relevant field - an advantage
- Availability for 60%- 3 days a week, with flexibility during exam periods
- Fast learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage tasks with full ownership from initiation to completion (A-to-Z execution)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hebrew
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
- Previous experience in HR roles + knowledge of labor legislation - an advantage
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
