What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate Experienced UX/UI Designer to contribute to the design, research, and implementation of user-centered interfaces for Checkmarx’s cutting-edge security solutions, driving innovation and excellence in a dynamic, top-tier technology company.


How will you make an impact?
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading UX/UI design initiatives, ensuring user-centered designs
• Developing wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and improve products
• Advocating for design standards and best practices
• Conducting user research and usability testing
• Driving the visual QA process to maintain design quality
• Ensuring design consistency and quality across all projects
• Exploring and integrating emerging technologies into design practices
• Exhibiting the initiative to work independently, making informed decisions

Requirements:

What is needed to succeed?

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI/Product designer
• Incredible UX/UI skills, with a portfolio to match
• Passionate about UX, development and technology
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and content
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
• Knowledge of design standards and best practices, with a commitment to advocating for them within the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to complex design challenges
• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and making informed decisions
• Education in Design, Tech, or other relevant field (Advantage)
• Experience working on complex web-based, B2B products (Advantage); Experience in Cyber Security / Computer Science / Tech products (Advantage)
