Thermex Italia Srl, is part of a multinational group Thermex which is one of the world leaders in the production and marketing of thermo-hydraulic products: electric water heaters, gas water heaters, condensing boilers, wall-mounted boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems and alternative energies for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
Thermex has more than 75 years of experience in the quality of design of heating, air conditioning and thermo-furniture products. The operational headquarters is located in Emilia-Romagna, Bologna.
We are looking for an Account manager for Italy and Spain regions with the following qualifications.

We are looking for an Account manager for Italy and Spain regions with the following qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and market share in Italy and Spain
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the Italian and Spanish business cultures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus, but not mandator
