Accounting Specialist

For our Badia al Pino site we are looking for an Accounting Specialist, that will report directly to Accounting supervisor and will empower the finance area.
Your Responsibilities
- Billing active and passive cycle
- Electronic invoicing
- Recording receipts, payments and balancing items
- Management of vat accounting and main tax obligations
- Management of reminders and credit recovery, in collaboration with the customer service office and country managers
- Monthly reconciliations of accounting accounts with statements sent by credit institutions and cash accounts
- Intercompany payments and reconciliation of balances
- Preparation of daily and monthly treasury reporting
- Preparation of cash receipts and disbursements forecasts (treasury budgets)
- Preparation of monthly financial statements (balance sheet and income statement)
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business or related degree
- Minimum 3/5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and in particular Excel
- Knowledge of written and spoken English
- Dynamism, flexibility and proactive attitude
