  Level 1: The Customer Success - AML/CFT team, referring to the Operations department, performs operational controls to ensure our client base is not exposed to Money-laundering or Terrorist Financing risks.
• Level 2: The Financial Crime team, referring to the Compliance department, is in charge of the definition and supervision of the AML/CFT system and performs enhanced investigations in case of suspicion.

  Analyze the relevance of our clients’ financial flows regarding their activities. In the AML field, we call this transaction monitoring.
• Communicate with the customers and counterparts in order to obtain key information, if necessary.
• Answer and manage the requests of authorities in collaboration with the Compliance Team.

  Experience: You graduated in an AML-related field and/or have from 1 to 2 years of experience as a maximum in an AML/screening/Transaction Monitoring role. As well, you are familiar with the Italian market and its specificities.
• Problem-solving: You have been trained in problem-structuring and analysis in a consulting firm, bank or finance industry for at least 6 months.
• Analytical mindset: You are comfortable with numbers and have a perfect command of Excel.
• Organizational skills: You are extremely rigorous and curious.
• Synthesis: You have a capacity for synthesis and know how to look at the big picture of your subjects.
• Languages: You are both fluent in Italian and in English.
