Avionic Software Programmer and Algorithm Engineer:
TXT group is looking for a Python Software Developer to develop and maintain advanced analysis software for infrared tracking systems (IRST Infra Red Search and Track) used on the most advanced European fighter.

Main responsabilities:
Maintenance and optimisation of existing software used to analyse complex data from infrared sensors (data, images, video and flight data);
Implementation of modifications and upgrades to support the evolution of the IRST system;
Development and integration of new functionalities, including replication and integration of computer vision algorithms used in next-generation sensors;
Evaluation of algorithm performance and optimisation of algorithms for future needs.

Skills required:
Ability to work on existing software, understand the code, optimise and extend it;
Strong attention to detail and code quality, with a vision oriented towards technological innovation;
Knowledge of Python.

Nice to have:
Experience in processing complex data (flight data, images, video) and programming algorithms;
Software development skills with QT interfaces;
Passion for aviation, with particular interest in tracking and tracing systems;
Experience or interest in the fields of computer vision and navigation systems;
Familiarity with the operation of infrared sensors and optical sensing systems.

Education: Degree, Bachelor's certificate, Master, High School certificate.
