We are looking for a resource who will manage the technical IT assistance for users remotely and on site, at the company headquarters. In addition, he/she will provide support in the continuous updating of the information system, in order to improve the management of the service itself.
Knownledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- IT high school diploma or participation in specific technical courses;
- proficiency both in Italian and English;
- knowledge of computer hardware;
- previous experience in the IT sector in the same tasks;
- knownledge of spoken and written English (B2);
We offer a fixed term contract for covering a maternity leave.
Key responsabilities
- hardware and software configuration for PCs, printers, Vo IP telephones, smartphones;
- management and monitoring of user requests, remotely and on-site, via Help Desk ticketing system;
- PC preparation/installation/upgrades/licences/hardware parts replacement;
- technical troubleshooting and support, device management and their functionalities (Printers /Wi-Fi/PCs/Projectors);
- IT supplier administrative management (quotations and orders);
Basic Education is the division of Basic Net Group dedicated to the development and implementation of corporate training plans.
