The resource will support end-to-end management of customer orders. He/She will also help manage post-sales returns and claims and relations with various business departments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED / CONOSCENZE, COMPETENZE E ABILITA’ RICHIESTE
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language (both written and verbal). knowledge of French will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of Suite Office (especially Excel) and computer applications for business use (e-mail, internet browser).
- A previous experience in Customer Service or similar duties will be positively value
- Inserting orders and returns on the business system
- Costumer data entry
- Supervising and monitoring shipments
- Checking and processing customer orders
- Customer claims management
- Support to Sales Managers on operational activities (order entry, back office with agents/customers)
- Customer service abroad, growing on the K4TM flow
