Key Accountabilities

• Understand the data and transform them inside a multi speed environment
• Analyze requirements and come up with technical solution to bring them to life
• Design and develop extensions to the data platform working on the E2E data pipeline
• Automate data manipulation and extraction through CI/CD Pipelines and Cloud Ops functionalities.
• Be part of an international team
• Leverage on your analytical skills to create new value out of our data.
• Lead a team of skilled engineers.
• Understanding of Data Architecture Design

Qualifications and experiences

• Coaching and Mentoring of junior resources
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering and/or other STEM degrees
• Working experience in similar roles (3+ years)
• (Preferred) Knowledge of SQL, NOSQL, Hadoop/Big Data and data modelling concepts
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and patterns.
• Understanding of Ci/CD frameworks leveraging on tools as Jenkins + Git Hub
• Understanding of distributed compute frameworks such as spark.
• Knowledge of data preparation
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Knowledge of Cloud Data Architecture on GCP or other Cloud Providers for storage, compute (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S)
• Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology
