About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a talented Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milan and San Domenico Palace, Taormina, a Four Seasons hotel in Italy with potentially additional properties in the future!

What you will do
The Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager is responsible to assist the Senior Director of Revenue and Team in maximizing revenue and profitability by creating reports, analysing data, monitoring trends.
This role is to support Total Hotel Revenue Management to identify opportunities for revenue growth, forecast demand, and optimize pricing and distribution.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, pro in excel and possess a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for room revenue such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (Rev PAR) for F&B covers, external and internal guests contribution, for Catering average check and covers with meeting room occupancy, for Spa covers, average check, external and internal guests contribution; provide other ad hoc reports as needed based on business requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze demand forecasts.
  • Prepare reports on competitors pricing to develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue across various distribution channels with Director of Revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to assist on report creation and analysis for them to review and create action plan.
  • Conduct regular audits of pricing and distribution channels to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of revenue forecasts and budgets reports and files.
  • Support the Director of Revenue in the development of long-term revenue strategies.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and positioning to adjust revenue strategies as necessary.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technological advancements, and economic factors that may impact revenue.
  • Work closely with the Director of Revenue to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research – being a thinker not only an executor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue strategies.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Tourism Management or a related field.
  • 2 years experience in Revenue management, 5 star hotel property and Total hotel revenue management experience is a plus
  • A background in an Hotel Reservations Department is preferred but non mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Understanding of revenue management systems (e.g., IDea S) and distribution channels is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Hours:
This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan.
This role is typically based in an office setting, though hybrid work arrangements are available. The work environment is dynamic, and the role may involve interaction with various departments across the organization via Teams.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian would be a plus.
