Communications and Events Curricular Internship, At Castello di Casole, Belmond

Requirements
- Assisting in planning and executing on-site events
- Helping with PR activities like working with the media, partnering with influencers.
- Working with different teams to make sure events run smoothly and get good PR coverage
- Draft monthly PR reports and update the media visits database
- Support with the creation of marketing materials
- Support with the coordination and operations of the weekly events calendar by keeping relations with suppliers and by ensuring a smooth event flow
- Lead site inspections of the property with journalists or content creators under the supervision of Communications Executive
- Lead site inspections of the property under the supervision of Events Manager
- Support in the organization and handling of photo/video shootings
What you bring and learn:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and written
- Creativity and a passion for crafting memorable experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
- Team player with excellent organisational and time management skills, problem solver, curious and enthusiastic
- Desirable: previous experience in events organization
