The Opportunity

For our Finance & Analytics team based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for a Customer & Customer Insight intern – paid stage (6 months).

In this role you will assist Consumer & Customer Insight Specialist developing and analyzing insights & research needs about Italian market.

Your Impact

Some of your responsibilities:

Assist building ad hoc qualitative & quantitative consumer & customer research

Assist qualitative and textual analysis on customer & consumer behavior

Perform customer in-depth interviews

Assist in planning, doing and analyzing focus groups

Assist in data collection & mining

Dealing with secondary research data

Scouting and selecting Industry trends report

Based on research needs, assist on deep-dive analysis of consumer trends and behavior over specific industry

Provide ad-hoc reporting, as requested

Assist developing consumer and customer insights innovation

Assist in dealing with Market Research Agencies

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Degree in Marketing, Sociology, Economy or equivalent fields

English: Fluent

Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office

Plus: knowledge of Qualtrics or other Web-based survey tools; knowledge of SAS or other Statistical Analysis Software (SPSS)

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and relational skills

Strong analytical skills

Attention to detail

Ability to adapt to a fast pace and “live” commercial environment
