We are seeking a creative and driven, Copywriter & Communication Specialist, with previous experience in lifestyle and/or hospitality industries.
Main responsibilities:
- Write copy for advertisements, websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Adhere to each company of Borgo's guidelines and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guides.
- Create storytelling/messaging frameworks for the social media team and brand narratives to effectively communicate key messages per social media post.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms and target demographics, including B2B and B2C audiences.
- Conduct research to understand target audiences' ever-changing needs, market trends, and competitor benchmarking to tailor messaging effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting, advertising, and marketing to continuously improve skills and techniques. This also flows over to graphic illustration of quick and concise CTA information.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills.
- Fluent in both English and Italian (C1 level) is essential. Knowledge of another language is considered as a plus.
- Previous experience in luxury goods/services is an asset.
- Previous experience with social media and content marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking attitude.
- Passion for writing with an excellent portfolio of work.
