For our headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a BIM Management Specialist, to be placed within the Bidding & Engineering Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals for information management in tender processes
- Supporting BIM teams in operational projects
- Facilitating the centralization and dissemination of internal know-how
- Contributing to the implementation of standards and procedures for BIM Data Management
- Analyzing and reviewing BIM models provided by clients, designers, and consultants
- Document management: overseeing workflows, reception, validation, and quantity control from BIM models
- BIM modeling using authoring software for the construction sector
- Executing 4D simulations
- Developing algorithms for automation and optimization (including 4D and 5D)
- Creating apps for reporting and analysis dashboards
- Testing functionalities of new software
- Participating in corporate innovation programs
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- At least 3 years of proven experience in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) company or as a general contractor
- Previous experience in infrastructure projects (roads, railways, dams, etc.)
- Proven experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Bentley Open Rail, Synchro 4D, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Python)
- Experience with virtual reality, augmented reality, and headsets
- Ability to extract, organize, and capitalize on data from BIM models and work with databases
- Good Knowledge of English
