Posizione:

We are looking for a new Senior Associate/Junior VP to be hired in the Large Financial Sponsors Italy team, within the Corporate Finance division at Mediobanca .


As an Associate you will be working in the Large Financial Sponsors team based in Milan, reporting directly to the Managing Director responsible for the team, and supporting both on origination and execution activities as well as on the development of the team.


Main task will include:

• 
  Financial analysis mainly M&A related (corporate valuation, combination, leverage)

• 
  Preparation of presentations targeted to clients and/or used for internal purposes

• 
  Analysis of M&A market, with specific focus on Large Financial Sponsors activity

• 
  Support on the activities of the International team covering private capital investors globally

• 
  Oversee junior bankers, support in talent mentoring and recruiting

Requisiti:

The position requires a well-experienced, highly motivated and reliable candidate, with strong teamworking spirit:

• 
  At least 5-6 years of Investment Banking experience

• 
  Deal experience primarily in M&A

• 
  Strong financial modelling skills

• 
  Ability to prioritize and project manage a range of tasks, attention to detail

• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 
  Fluent in Italian and English

• 
  Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines

• 
  Aptitude to take responsibility for a task and complete it

• 
  Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top-tier Business or Engineer School
