• Ensure that level of counterparty risks that Company is going to take is aligned with the Company's policy and is compatible with the Company's economic and capital structure;
• Ensure the definition and improvement of relevant procedures and processes in collaboration with business structures, ensuring their implementation, overseeing their efficiency and effectiveness in containing risks and the related cost of management for the Company, ensuring their consistency with the guiding principles adopted by the Company and overseeing their compliance and application;
• Ensure Compliance with Scheme’s regulation during customer evaluation process;
• Ensure the definition, development and implementation of models and methodologies for risk assessment;
• Take care of informing the Company's Governing and Senior Managers about evaluation numbers;
• Take care of the classification of the risk positions of the managed portfolio in compliance with the internal regulations in force from time to time;
• Take care of the development, maintenance and evolution of tools and methods aimed at On-Boarding, evaluation of clients, ensuring the implementation of the guidelines adopted by the Company;
• Ensure the execution of operational controls defined in the relevant regulations;
• Ensure to maintain a strong relationship with third parties ( ex Sales, bank) in order to obtain more accurate info regarding items to be evaluated;
• Ensure system maintenance when needed and provide input regarding processes efficiencies;

• Evaluation of new customers, reaching additional info e documentation
• Evaluation of customer’s financials based on pre-defined criteria
