This position reports to

EL Customer Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team. You will be the first point of contact for Smart Power and Smart Buildings customers and business partners of the Electrification Division in Italy. Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Customer Operation team by reacting to customer inquiries. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Smart Power Division in Bergamo. You will be mainly accountable for: • Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue • Monitoring the status of orders • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation • Support the customer and act with integrity during the purchasing activities. • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification , manage a correct flow with internal stakeholders • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas

Qualifications for the role

Ability to demonstrate your experience in taking ownership of customer issues
Possess a preferential knowledge of SAP, Sales Force and Excel
You are passionate about an agile and proactive approach
You are innovative around a collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English languages
