About the job For our Digial & Data Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for an E-Commerce Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

e Customer Management

• Support the Senior e Commerce Account Manager in the management of the main e Commerce Pure Player customers
• Coordinate and secure the execution of the masterplan by interfacing with the main customers and the e Content & Search Team
• Support the e Commerce team in creating presentations and e Commerce trade stories for meetings with e Commerce custom
• Support the e Commerce team in defining the commercial policy for direct sales channels and guarantee 100% availability
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst for the creation of benchmarks, reporting and pre-post evaluation of online activities, suggest areas for optimization

e Customer Database Maintenance

• Mantain and update the online customer database, suggest opportunities and AB tests on activations
• Monitor startups and new online sales trends to identify new opportunities
• Support e Commerce Senior Account Manager on creating pricing condition, order management by interfacing with internal stakeholder

Perfect On-Line Shelf Implementation

• Monitor and secure the implementation of online shelf guidelines
• Guarantee and supervise the execution of the commercial policy
