We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Italy. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale sales opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. If you have a proven track record in enterprise sales and a passion for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you. Tasks

  • Build a sustainable customer base by creating sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, social channels and personal relationships.
  • Work with our marketing professionals to create impactful materials and leverage existing assets.
  • Research our customers' needs to understand and emphasize the value proposition of all Quadient products.
  • Ensure you have full visibility of Quadient's value proposition, unique selling points and competitive advantages.
  • Create compelling sales proposals and presentations, both in person and virtually.
  • Be our point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate resources within Quadient.
  • Together with our Quadient´s pre-sales teams, you will recommend solutions tailored to the business needs of our customers.

Profile
  • Experience in direct sales of software and/or Saa S solutions, ideally with knowledge of the CCM/CX software/market.
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector and industry would be welcomed
  • Excellent communications skills – ability to engage with diverse customers on different levels
  • Experience in developing strategic and sustainable client relationships
  • Strong business, financial and commercial acumen.
  • Dynamic and engaging presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written skills)
