Fund Administration Intern – M/W- H/F/X

Responsibilities

Mission:
The intern will be part of the Fund Service Operations Department, PER (Private Equity and Real Estate) office dedicated to services provided to Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), reporting directly to the Head of PER Fund Accounting.
Tasks and responsibilities:
The intern will be supported and assist the operational functions in the management of accounting operations by taking part in the management of administrative, operational, monitoring and control activities relevant to the financial and accounting operations concerned and will progressively acquire better knowledge and operational skills relating to:

AIF products
PER Fund Administration tools
AIF Fund administration accounting
Tax, reporting and reconciliations
Transfer Agengy (quote management)

Profile required

Studies & experience:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics/Legal/Social Studies

Language skills:

Italian: C2
English: B2

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Good knowledge of Office 365
Technical skills such as knowledge of Windows
Problem solving
Capability to organize daily workload
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Cooperation and team spirit
