This recognition spans every geographical area (Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific) and all 26 countries where we operate.What are we looking for:We are currently looking fora Global Product Experience, Service Portfolio & Pricing Manager Reporting to the Global Customer Offering, Pricing and Revenue Management Associate Director, the candidate will be part of a new global team, aiming at evolving Amplifon offering and pricing strategy driving transformational projects impacting and maximizing performance.Main Responsibilities :Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading cross functions project team to design, deliver, test and successfully roll-out the offering projects (e.g. new financing platform, new offering architecture, design and rollout new services program)
• Deep understanding of market-by-market business peculiarities and needs for best compromise between global strategy standardization and local customization
• Ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to the key stakeholders
• Gather and formalize business requirements partnering with Marketing and IT teams
• Anticipating and managing project risks
• Ensure timely and accurate go-to-market
• Sizing revenues impact and ensuring performance KPIs monitoring and follow up both during pilot and rollout phases
• Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needs

Candidate Profile :

• 6+ years of Project Management experience in international transformation projects, gained in consulting or in a well-structured company
• The candidate must have managed projects related to complex Offering services and must be familiar with Pricing topics
• Previous experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, RGM, Product and Servies design and development or processes improvement
• Excellent data analysis, reporting and project management skills
• Strong data driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness
• Understanding or experience of Salesforce as a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong entrepreneurial attitude
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel in EMEA
