Job Description
Your to-do list:

• Set and maintain the creative direction and goals bases on agency creative brief and accounts ensure creative excellence (from concept to production)
• Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand
• Organize and present concepts in a clear manner.
• Lead client meetings, manage mid-senior client expectation
• Maintains stewardship of client’s look, tone and feel
• Ensure executions amplifying the power of idea
• Understand brand development and multichannel marketing concepts

Qualifications
If in your past experience you:

• Managed all steps required in the creative development process, including production and presentation to the client.
• Got capacity to provide clear feedback to all disciplines and to translate feedback from internal and external stakeholders into action.

If you are/have:

• Solid background in Art Direction
• Passionate about trends and innovations
• Eye for design and an excellent strategic mind
• Well versed in the latest design trends
• Fluent English
• 8/10 years’ experience in International communication agencies.
• Recognized expertise in traditional advertising, digital and collaterals.
• Excellent presentation skills that foster and develop existing and new client relationships.
• Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills.
• A strong passion for strategic thinking.
• Grown strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good sense of aesthetic, typography and practicing knowledge of information design
