La risorsa sarà inserita nell’Ufficio Personale e supporterà il tutor nelle attività di gestione e controllo del personale. In particolare si occuperà della rilevazione delle presenze dei dipendenti, offrendo supporto nella rilevazione/controllo delle anomalie e della relazione con i capi reparto. Offrirà inoltre supporto operativo nelle attività quotidiane di amministrazione del personale come la gestione delle pratiche di assunzione, proroga e cessazione di un dipendente, nell’archiviazione dei documenti, e infine avrà la possibilità di confrontarsi con l’elaborazione di un cedolino paga.
Il percorso permetterà alla risorsa di rapportarsi con i colleghi di tutti i reparti e comprendere il ruolo dell’Ufficio Personale al di là degli aspetti di gestione, instaurando una collaborazione a 360 gradi sia con il singolo dipendente che come parte integrante del processo aziendale.
