HR Personal Assistant VST

The HR Personal Assistant is responsible to provide proactive, professional and confidential PA and administration support to the Head of HR VST and Head of Skills as well as support wider HR team in VST.
He/She has the ownership to build a strong network with the others Pas and act as a professional point of contact with other stakeholders across VST and Vodafone Group HR/Network. A flexible approach to diary management and other administrative activities is also required in order to support the team.
He/She will also support HR team of VST for all the internal comms activities to be managed at local level as well as all employer branding activities and events of VST in Italy.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good influencing ability, confident and challenging where appropriate.
- Approachable with a can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm and focussed when under pressure
- Builds effective relationships, breaks down barriers
- Fluent in English
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Able to deal with all levels of management and remain confidential at all times
- Highly proficient secretarial skills: MS office with an emphasis on Outlook and MS Teams

Confident and engaging communication and influencing skills with an ability to challenge when appropriate
