The Opportunity

X-Rite is a world-leading color management and measurement specialist, providing innovative Saa S, software, hardware and services that help companies in every industry where color matters.

Based 100% remotely in either Spain or Italy, the Inside Sales Specialist predominantly engages with existing customers (65% inbound and 35% outbound activity) via phone and email to uncover customer needs, provide quotations, cross-sell, up-sell and position appropriate solutions that help achieve sales goals.

The Inside Sales Specialist will also be involved in strategic territory and account planning, work with Field Sales managers on larger deals, coordinate activities in SFDC, and prepare and present a weekly sales funnel review.

The Ideal Candidate

• Inside sales experience (ideally with software sales)
  
• High degree of motivation, goal driven, self-starter, comfortable in an international and fast paced environment, with a result driven approach
  
• Excellent communication (fluent written and verbal Spanish & Italian, plus advanced English)
  
• Proficiency in the use of IT, including CRM databases (i.e., Sales Force.com)
  
• Highly customer focused with strong teamworking and planning & organizing skills
