In questo percorso formativo verrai inserito all’interno di una realtà dinamica e internazionale dove potrai effettuare sviluppare competenze nell’area della supply chain. Verrai affiancato direttamente dal Responsabile dell’Ufficio e collaborerai a stretto contatto con i colleghi e responsabili delle altre funzioni.
- Modalità e procedure relative al ciclo ordini fornitori all’interno del gestionale aziendale.
- Struttura e Allineamento delle policy di gruppo.
- Modalità di Sollecito ordini presso fornitori.
- Come Mantenere e sviluppare i rapporti con i fornitori.
- Le attività di Monitoraggio stato di avanzamento e data di arrivo ordine.
- L’Aggiornamento le anagrafiche fornitori.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e collaborare con I diversi uffici
- Capacità di inserimento nella gestione di più attività in un ambiente dinamico
- Proattività
- Accuratezza
- Laurea triennale
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Inglese fluente sia scritto che parlato
- Non è indispensabile aver già maturato altre esperienze
