The Role
Support legal strategy, performance, legal risk management and compliance in alignment with head of legal in country and relevant E2E colleagues, in particular:
- Ensure compliance with global SX policies
- Support all legal aspects of in-country energy projects
- Review and negotiate a wide variety of in-country contracts for all SX functions
- Support a wide variety of legal matters for local team including employment, property, etc.
- Support drafting and negotiation of global contracts
- Corporate governance support for Italy and other SX jurisdictions (including updating diligent entities)
- Report to Head of Legal in country
- Excellent technical legal and communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset and Commercial & business-minded approach
- A customer focused and proactive business partnering approach, positive energy
- Ability to develop strong positive relationships and effectively manage a diverse range of global internal and external stakeholders
