The Operations Project and Change Management (OPCM) Trainee’s goal is to help maximizing and optimizing the potential benefit and added-value of Project management and Change management activities, within the Connectivity Operations department.

What You’ll Do:

• Help the OPCM Specialist in organizing Project activities within Connectivity Operations department
• Ensure that information relevant to the teams activities and operational knowledge is distributed efficiently among the Connectivity Operations teams
• Participate in identifying optimizations of specific work-flows
• Assisting OPCM Specialist in the management of daily operations within various departments
• Helping in planning and executing events, projects
• Participating actively in synthetizing current processes, helping in the identification of potential areas of improvement
• Propose and formalize, under OPCM Specialist supervision, requests for work-flow enhancement in the ITSM tool

What it Takes:

• Degree in Engineering and Management or similar background
• Detail-oriented, capacity to work following pre-agreed processes
• Very good interpersonal communication, planning and organizational skills
• Experience with standard business software (e.g. Office suite), especially with Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in English language, written and oral skill
