The intern will support our Purchasing Team in all the activities related to that Department and the internship is aimed at apprenticeship.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in suppliers onboarding and assessment, gathering documentation and maintaining the suppliers database and filing;
• Participate in the procurement process, issuing purchase orders with the company ERP system based on the instructions of the Purchasing Manager;
• POs forwarding and filing;
• Assure a constant update of the Contracts database;
• Manage purchasing reports;
• Communicating with suppliers and internal departments;
• Collaborate with internal departments on topics and exchanges;
• Support the team to ensure compliance to the department processes;
• Operatively support the back-office activities of the team.

What it Takes:

• Educational background in economics or related field;
• Good computer skills (Office, Outlook);
• Good English language skills;
• Interest in the purchasing field;
• Ability to work methodically and accurately, problem-solving, flexibility, dynamism and with attention to detail.

What We’d Love:

• Previous experience with SAP and Sharepoint would be considered a plus.
