The position “Head of Sales LCS Italy” will report into the “Head of Sales Italy”, also based in Krones Italy, Garda.

Your tasks
- Management of the overall LCS Field Sales activities for Italy, considering different sales channels.
- Identification of opportunities, understanding customer needs and highlighting Krones USP’s.
- Disciplinary and functional lead of the assigned team.
- End-to-end responsibility, from opportunity identification and clarification to quotation to final order management.
- Responsibility for both Field Sales and Inside Sales LCS.
- Participation in budget planning incl. price/discount level in alignment with the SA LCS Regional Manager.
- Definition of local Sales LCS Strategy and rollout.
- CRM opportunity and pipeline management in Salesforce.
- Collaboration with Sales LCS regional and Corporate.
Your profile
- Relevant professional experience in Sales/After-Sales in the same or a similar industry with a proven track record.
- Solid market and customer knowledge.
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Customer focused.
- Confident communicator at all levels.
- Strong Italian and English language skills.
- Able to undertake frequent travelling within Italy (60% travelling country-wide) and within Europe (if and when needed).
