The position “Head of Sales LCS Italy” will report into the “Head of Sales Italy”, also based in Krones Italy, Garda.

Your tasks

Management of the overall LCS Field Sales activities for Italy, considering different sales channels.
Identification of opportunities, understanding customer needs and highlighting Krones USP’s.
Disciplinary and functional lead of the assigned team.
End-to-end responsibility, from opportunity identification and clarification to quotation to final order management.
Responsibility for both Field Sales and Inside Sales LCS.
Participation in budget planning incl. price/discount level in alignment with the SA LCS Regional Manager.
Definition of local Sales LCS Strategy and rollout.
CRM opportunity and pipeline management in Salesforce.
Collaboration with Sales LCS regional and Corporate.

Your profile

Relevant professional experience in Sales/After-Sales in the same or a similar industry with a proven track record.
Solid market and customer knowledge.
Persuasiveness and assertiveness.
Strong negotiation skills.
Customer focused.
Confident communicator at all levels.
Strong Italian and English language skills.
Able to undertake frequent travelling within Italy (60% travelling country-wide) and within Europe (if and when needed).
